Presneywel Notaries provides mobile notary services and loan signing services in accordance with Missouri law. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or prepare legal documents.  Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text and are not confirmed until acknowledged by Presneywel Notaries. Same day, urgent, and after hours appointments may require additional fees. Hospital visits are subject to a Hospital Surcharge of $50 for parking, security, navigation time, and extended on site logistics. All fees are disclosed whenever possible prior to service. Payment is due at the time of service unless prepayment is required. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify Presneywel Notaries at least two hours before your scheduled time. Failure to cancel or appear for an appointment may result in a travel or service fee.

Clients are responsible for providing valid government issued photo identification, ensuring all documents are complete and ready at the time of appointment, and confirming that all signers are willing, aware, and competent to sign. Presneywel Notaries is not responsible for rejected documents caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the client.

Presneywel Notaries is not liable for losses resulting from the misuse of notarized documents, delays caused by incorrect client information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Presneywel Notaries respects your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and appointment details solely for the purpose of scheduling, communication, and providing notary services. Refunds are issued only when the service was prepaid and the notary failed to appear for the scheduled appointment. No refunds are provided for client cancellations, no shows, incomplete or incorrect documents, refused or invalid identification, or when a signer is unwilling or unable to sign. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
